Executive Announcement Dino Cabalfin has resigned as Vice President of COMBA. We would like to thank him for his many years of service with the association.
Daryle Assman has been voted in and accepted the interim Vice President role and will remain in the position through the remainder of the term.

2nd Vice President: 2 year term Attends all Board Meetings Works with all Division Chairs Oversees House Programs Works with Equipment, Uniform and Field Coordinators Member of the Disciplinary Committee Reports and supports current COMBA President Treasurer: 2 year term Manage COMBA's Financial Assets and Liabilities Pay Incoming Invoices Head the Budget Committee Compile Budgets for all HP Programs Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements Provide a Monthly Financial Report to the Board Attend all Board Meetings Present Year-end Financial Statement at AGM *Applicant must have bookkeeping/treasurer experience, CPA preferred.
Member at Large: (6 positions) 1 year term Attends all Board Meetings Responsibilities vary yearly dependent on the needs of the Association Provide assistance to the executive.
